This video includes all of the terminology and names of all the Wing Chun techniques found inside the three hand set, Sil Lum Tao, Chum Kiu, and Biu Gee, and also the wooden dummy set and both weapons, the Lok Dim Boon Gwan and the Bak Jom Dao.

All of the terminology is in the traditional Cantonese, the language of the Guangdong Provence of southern China where Wing Chun originated. It is presented in a clear and precise manner by Sifu Chan, a native speaker of Cantonese.

This DVD is a great intro to the terms used in the Art; and great for intermediate students to add to their vocabulary as many advanced terms are included. Sifu Chan will tell you the term, the translation and repeat several times while showing you the move/position/techniques/etc.
