Ashley Benson, PhysicalMind Institute Master Pilates Trainer, with over 20 years of experience in almost every facet of professional fitness, including personal training, group fitness and Pilates class instruction, blogging & guest writing for health / fitness companies, fitness instructors / coaches mentoring, and teacher-training course creation.
