This is a 3-disc Set 180 minutes of the 8 hour seminar (edited to remove downtime).
Grandmaster Kwok teaches the Do’ and Dont’s of Wing Chun self-defense.
Time is spent showing why it is better fighting on the outside of the opponent (30 degrees from their shoulder) rather than facing them head-on. This position allows Wing Chun practitioner to strike with both their arms, while their opponent can only strike with one of their own arms due to poor positioning. This is often referred to as taking the blindside or fighting on the outside gate.
