The author of bestsellers The Four Hour Work Week, The Four Hour Body and newly, The Four Hour Chef, has made a career of learning to do new and interesting things, and getting really good at them. He’s broken world records and won world championships – as well as helped thousands of people to escape the nine-to-five and improve their health.
